Pinctada Maxima

The Pinctada Maxima oyster produces South Sea pearls, some of the most lustrous, naturally colourful pearls in the world. This pearl type can produce pearls in colors that range from silver-white to deep gold. Our golden South Sea pearls come exclusively from Myanmar and the Philippines.

FRENCH POLYNESIA (TAHITI) / FIJI

Pinctada Margaritafera

Known as Black South Sea pearls or Tahitian pearls, we source our pearls from the isolated island of Rikitea at the edge of French Polynesia.These oysters can produce pearls with natural hues of light silver to deep black, with intense secondary tones including rose, olive, lavender and even light brown chocolate.

Pinctada Fucata

Small and iconic, the Akoya pearls of Japan are recognized world round for their small pearls of excellent luster and storied history. Our Akoya pearls are specially sourced in Japan from our small scale partner producers in the coastal regions of Ise and Ehime.

INDONESIA / AUSTRALIA
Pinctada Maxima

The Pinctada Maxima oyster produces South Sea pearls, some of the most lustrous, naturally colourful pearls in the world. This pearl type ranges in color from silver-white to deep gold. Our naturally white South Sea pearls come from our pearl farm partner in Tual, a remote island in Eastern Indonesia.

CHINA / JAPAN

Hyropsis Cumingii- Hyriopsis Schleggii

Perhaps the most popular of all pearl varieties, the Freshwater pearl is derived from a mussel other than an oyster and is  renown for its diverse range of sizes, colors, and shapes. Most of our freshwater pearls are sourced directly from Zhuji, in the Zhejiang Province in China. However, our naturally pink freshwater pearls known as Kasumiga pearls are sourced in Kasumiga -ura, Japan.
